In business for over 25 years as a full service rubber extrusion manufacturer specializing in producing custom extrusions for customers throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. At CRE we produce profiles from various compounds such as: EPDM, neoprene, silicone, nitrile and sponge. We specialize in rubber extrusion, splicing and die tooling. Our state-of-the-art equipment and experienced technicians can produce the most innovative designs possible. We are committed to each and every customer and their individual needs. No job is too big or small and we pride ourselves on manufacturing the best possible product.
Innovative Extrusion Processes
We do all of our own in-house die tooling which is a huge benefit to a customer especially if the customer does not have a print or a CAD file, but has a physical sample. We have the ability to then recreate the part by using our state-of-the-art machinery to reverse engineer the part and create a print then a die using customer specifications. This allows for a much faster turnaround time for customers to receive a sample. Once the sample is approved, we then run the requested quantity working within the customer’s time frame. As part of our quality control measures, our operators retain a sample from each part as it is being ran, to ensure that it is staying on size and is free from defects. We take many measures to ensure quality control and customers can be assured that they will get the best possible performance from our product.
